Brandon grew up on a family farm in Southwest Ontario before going off to study at the University of Guelph in a B.Comm degree for Housing and Real Estate Management. He and his wife, Christine have two young daughters and can often be seen at the local pool, dance studio or soccer fields around Guelph. Brandon's interest in real estate began to sprout in Guelph after he earned a job at the local real estate appraisal company - S.W. Irvine & Associates. After settling into his niche of farm and rural property valuation, Brandon became a partner in the firm in 2015. Growing up on a farm, studying real estate and working over 15 years in property valuation has been paramount in his development to becoming a real estate sales representative that specializes in livestock operations, hobby farms, cash crop farmland and speculative development land. 

Brandons intimate involvement in real estate also spans across rural executive homes, estates and various commercial property types make his reach very diverse. His involvement on the appraisal side of real estate has helped families through succession planning, estate settlement, marital and partnership disputes and obtaining financing for the next big construction project.
