Greg Wand joined Coldwell Banker Neumann REB in 2015. Before working with CBN, he attended the University of Guelph majoring in the Real Estate and Housing program. During his third year of university he obtained his Real Estate license.

As time went on his passion for residential Real Estate brought him back to Guelph and Coldwell Banker welcomed Greg with open arms. Since his days as a student he has come full circle and has returned to the University of Guelph on many occasions as a guest speaker for the Real Estate and Housing program! Greg is ambitious, professional and highly motivated to succeed. He is an asset to our team and we are extremely grateful to have him on board!
