As a 3rd generation Guelph resident, Holly is proud to have been born and raised within the City of Guelph and is no stranger to the area. You may recognize Holly from your local gym as she has dedicated the last 17 years to Guelph’s fitness and wellness community.



Having been immersed in the world of new construction and real estate investment from a young age, Holly is well versed to help buyers and sellers with their housing needs. In addition to her love for renovations and construction, Holly has years of experience as an investor and vacation rental host. Holly is passionate about sharing her experience and believes that it is never too late to buy your first home, grow your portfolio or create your dream space.

In her spare time, you can find Holly in a local yoga studio, styling and decorating her home, nurturing her green thumb in the garden, hiking Guelph’s trails with her husband and dog Duke, and spending time on the Muskoka Lakes.
