Seamus Mooney, dedicated and passionate new Realtor® serving Guelph and the surrounding areas. Born and raised in the heart of downtown Guelph, I have developed an intimate understanding and deep love for the unique charm and real estate opportunities this area has to offer.

My journey in real estate began during my time at Wilfrid Laurier University when I invested in an income property. Managing and being a landlord not only gave me hands-on experience in property management, but it also sparked a passion for real estate that has only grown stronger over the years. Witnessing firsthand the power of owning and investing in property, I knew I wanted to help others achieve their real estate dreams.

My skills as a landlord and property manager were further developed through my work for my father's contracting company. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in construction, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality service to my clients. I have learned the importance of building lasting relationships, communication, and providing top-notch service.

I had the privilege of playing minor hockey in Guelph, and that passion for the game led me to play junior hockey here as well. Through hockey, I have honed important skills such as teamwork, perseverance, and the drive to succeed.

I am genuinely excited to utilize the skills and experiences I have gathered over the years to guide and support others in achieving their real estate success.
